5.1 From Trivolee

5.2 On Behalf of Business Partners

By participating in a business partner's features on the Service — including playing partner quizzes, earning points, or redeeming rewards — you may receive promotional emails from Trivolee on behalf of that partner. Business partners never receive your email address or send emails to you directly.

5.3 How to Opt Out

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will immediately remove you from that email list. You may also contact us at help@trivolee.com to opt out. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect service-related notifications (such as account or security alerts).

• Quizzes and Games: For standard users, quizzes and all associated game data (scores, results) are automatically deleted approximately 3 weeks after they expire.
• Premium Accounts: Quizzes and results created by users with active Premium subscriptions do not expire, unless the user chooses to delete them.
• Account Data: Core account information is retained until you request deletion of your account.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated, non-personal analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. This includes encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication services, and access controls.
